Terms and Conditions:
General• I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.• Please provide clear reference and any relevant information to me. Image reference is highly preferable, but feel free to mention other details for what you want!• I can do NSFW, but we should talk about it first.• My Terms are subject to change; new terms will not apply retroactively if a commission was ordered while a previous version of terms was in place.
Payment and Prices• Commissions must be paid in full either upfront or after the commission is done.• Payment is done via PayPal in British pounds, I will send an invoice once the price and additional details are agreed on.• My prices are subject to change, however just like my terms new prices will not retroactively apply to a commission before they were changed.• If a commission is cancelled at any point, I will give a refund.
Process• Firstly, I will send the a sketch of the commission to you to see if you want any changes made. It is best that any major changes you wish are made here while it is early.• Once you are satisfied with the sketch and subsequent changes, you may either pay upfront here or pay after the commission is complete.• I will keep you posted on the progress of the commission in stages. You may request some changes if something looks off to ensure what you want.• When a commission is finished, only small changes can be made (i.e. colour corrections).
Image Rights and Usage• I have the right to the final image of the commission.• I have the right to show commissioned works on my portfolio and social medias.• You may repost commissioned art to your own social medias but DO give credit to the original artist!• You may use commissioned art for personal use only. i.e. avatars/icons/profile pics, wallpapers, printing for personal display, etc.• You may NOT use commissioned art, or my art for re-selling or redistributing for money.• You may NOT use commissioned art, or my art for commercial use, NFTs or any cryptocurrency/blockchain related tech or for any type of AI training.• Please do NOT remove my signature or watermark.
